Enunciate clearly, make sure the sound couldn't be mistaken for any other word. When he pushes again, ask him to be quiet and listen. Say "No," just the way you've practiced it. Ask him if he understood.
Some boys (not men) keep a score sheet and if he is pushing you when you don't want pushed, he's just a kid screaming GIMME!
