How to control your anger?

I've never been this angry before. i triped the electricity by mistake and my sister who knew i didn't know how to fix just said basically its your fault you fix it. which is fair but this is the first time this has happened in our new house and she was just going to bed after she knew this has happened. idk i may be an asshole but i don't know where else to vent cuz i am so mad at her not caring
