What makes you think it should be good ?
Most life forms have a hard time surviving it. Why should man be any different ?
The problem with man is that he gets in to trouble wishing he could be happier more often.
Personally I think life is generally hard !
Punctuated with moments of joy or respite from the ills of life.
So I guess when the suns out, enjoy the feeling because it won't last long.
