What you believe to be true, is it true? Or do you just believe that it's true because you were taught that it's true and never looked any further?

You could turn that question round on yourself. Nobody knows the truth... If you believe something that is your truth and that's as far as it goes, your beliefs can change but until they do then your truth is your truth
