Well honestly I don't think anyone here can guess what I am talking about! You can apply the same to romantic relationships, but I'm talking about a giant project that I've spent a few years working on. ☹

That's how people act these days. They want everything, right now, and haven't even the slightest appreciation for other's having poured all they have into the efforts they make to deliver. Narcissism has gone mainstream. Even when you know you just created a masterpiece they'll often hide their amazement, or even try to knock you down a peg. Leadership vacant in gratitude. Lazy thinking team mates. The nothings of contrivance adoring their own imagined self importance and influence peddling themselves in self promotional the psychobabble of empty everyone's the same-ness and deserves an award. Well. I know you did well and what you just ranted about tells me so. Believe me, you're not the only one.
