Yeah absolutely. I had a breakdown at an old job and just kinda walked out from work for a week at one point. It took a LOT of kindness from my boss and my wife losing her shit to get me back and at it. Ugh.

Just say 'I can make it through.. I'm making it through each minute.' and count down each hour. Hopefully you can find something else soon ?

Not my current job, but when I worked in a call center I sometimes felt literally sick at the thought of having to go to work each day. It makes me grateful to have found something better.
