How do you fall asleep?

First I lay in bed with my eyes closed. Then I have a nightly battle with my inner demons. Then I cry so hard I physically and mentally exhaust myself. Then I can sleep. 🙃 Always a good time.

I drink some chamomile tea, turn out the light, turn on the electric blanket (while the nights are cold) and get into bed. Sometimes I turn on a sleep app on my phone that has white noise or other sounds.
