I'm probably not the best one to talk about this as I am an eotional train wreck but I do have how I get thru these rough times. Write it out of you. This is a great place to just write out the things that are making you feel this way. I *use start writing about one thing and just let the words come out and write. I do my best to use good grammar but sometimes I just write it as it comes out. I may jump from one thing to something else but I'm not trying to win an award or to get pity or sympathy, I am just talking thru my keyboard. It helps to get it out and sometimes when you read what you have written and it might help you straighten out a problem.
