how do I stay strong when I feel like I'm falling apart?

I'm probably not the best one to talk about this as I am an eotional train wreck but I do have how I get thru these rough times. Write it out of you. This is a great place to just write out the things that are making you feel this way. I *use start writing about one thing and just let the words come out and write. I do my best to use good grammar but sometimes I just write it as it comes out. I may jump from one thing to something else but I'm not trying to win an award or to get pity or sympathy, I am just talking thru my keyboard. It helps to get it out and sometimes when you read what you have written and it might help you straighten out a problem.
Your anonymous here so you can write just about everything inside you. Then read what people her offer in reply, it can help alot.

You can do something to let the stress out like meditating and yoga, or a small workout like creating a playlist and dancing for fifteen minutes or so. It'll work up a good sweat and release the tension.

@Justpeaceandlove: I do for myself, but for others, I try to understand that they're in pain, and at one time, I was in pain. I try to help people as I can.
