Would you meet someone if you think their playing you?

A guy wants to meet up but I feel he's taking me along for a ride really. My dizzy spells have been acting up like crazy lately so I've been a little unwell and I'm not feeling particularly confident about going out in general and such because of it 🙁.

I get dizzy spells on a regular basis and sometimes feels like the mother of all hangovers without the drink! I've been getting this checked out by the specialists it's just taking time really. But I don't want the guy to think it's him that's the problem 🙁

@SW-User my trouble is I want to tell him to fuck off face to face because that's the right thing to do but I can't say no to him 😂. Ah it's okay about the weird constant dizzy spells getting that sorted hopefully! Besides I'd rather concentrate on me right now rather than some guy.
