Do you trust the police to investigate themselves after an unlawful shooting and lying on an affidavit?

@jetpack the narcotics division isn't even involved, the likelihood of the detectives investigating having personal ties to undercover officers no less is just as likely as having an FBI agent that lies because shared line of work
