Reading about a dog that was so hungry and insane from being abandoned it ate shards of broken glass and dead batteries. Poor thing was found soaked in urine, its ribs protruded through the skin. Authorities are trying to track down the owners.

@TheFragile The worst. It was rescued and given care and love, but who would abandon an animal in a flat? Poor creature.
