Updated my phone and now its stuck on the 'samsung' turning on page. Noice. anyone know a way to fix it?

First I left it alone, cause it mightve been taking its time cause its an updated, but half hour later and still the same scrreen. I also did the hold the power button and volume button thing, and it did reset but got stuck on the same page.
Ugh I hate updates.
