Considering that vulgar means common I find it hard to agree with you that granny panties are vulgar.
But okay; it is my opinion or, if you prefer, my judgement that tattoos are vulgar but I do not judge you.
I do not understand what it has to do with your question that we mutually abstain from judging each other.
