Is it a waste of time and money going to the doctors for a fall?

Other areas on my body are beginning to ache that didn't ache this morning. Upper back has stiffened up and has begun aching. Right inner ankle has started aching. I'm hoping I didn't injure myself worse than I had though.

@Byron8by7 Im used to it in here im afraid. But anyway we have a totally free National health system and first of all a family doctor free.
