feeling sick

Hey has anyone out there ever had this same problem. For 2 days now I've been constantly feeling like I have motion sickness. I start to feel super hot in my head and upper body, then suddenly my temperature drops and will leave me with a banging headache. Hours later when my headache just starts to feel better the cycle repeats itself and again I have the same dam headache getting worse again. But even sitting still I feel sick, I try to eat but feel sick. I can't work this one out.

Thanks heaps. I will look into it. I drive a forklift most of the day and the rest of the day I'm doing repetitive lifting of heavy items. Proberly not the best of methods when motion makes one feel sick.lol

@Letitgo83: go see a doctor. get it checked out. they might give you something to help you.

Thanks, I would see a doctor but here in the UK you have to phone in sick a week in advance to get an appointment. Then if I go to emergency after hours they make u wait half of day just to tell you that it's not an emergency and to see ur GP. I'd rather rude it out.lol
