I think I should be moved to a country that is cold all year..

for mental health purposes, I go into some kind of frustrated frenzy in my head when it's hot.

That's interesting... I get the opposite. S.A.D. seasonal affective disorder. Try to pay attention to it. Maybe you can figure out more specifically what is is about?
The heat just takes away my concentration, gives me headaches and makes me feel angry.

I get this way with spicy food. Makes me anxious. I used to love spicy food until I had a traumatic experience in emergency ward in Jan. Have you looked into Chinese medicine? They are tuned in to heat and cold in this way

@Intrigued: I have a lot of other issues right now so I haven't been able to try TCM (traditional chinese meducine) for my stuff. Instead I am doing what's called ISTDP therapy...seems to really help. But also know that listening to my TCM guy talk, it seems they could really help with the sort of thing you describe...
