This is only half true. A person can be a retired idiot and know how. Then put on the idiot hat and engage said idiot for no other purpose than to punish the idiot for stepping on their toes. Idiots are constantly stepping on people's toes. It is plausible to teach even the two step lower grade imbecile this rudimentary function. It's time consuming. Even a bit noisy.
