I have a bad habit of holding up my sh#t for days because I'm waiting on the right time to use the toilet

@That0ne yes. When you're home and not on the road. I hate using public bathrooms. I'll only pee and I don't even sit on the toilet when I pee. No matter how clean the bathroom looks

@DonotInboxMe as unpleasant as it is, holding it in for that long is pretty bad for you. Could do yourself some damage
