Do you have someone who calms you?

What I mean is just being around them brings a wave of calming sensations to you? Like do nothing not even talk if you don’t want to but they just immediately give you calmness?

Yes...my wife has that effect on me. When I am upset, stressed, overwhelmed, frustrated, angry, and so on, I cannot wait to get home to be with her because doing so just makes the world seem good and alright again. According to her I have that same effect on her as well.🤗
