It's like I'm using college to catch up on some social and emotional developmental issues

There is this stage in my life I feel like I never fully lived or grew out of and I'm trying to somehow make up for it in college.

I don't know why I let myself get distracted with such things. I'm here to learn and get a degree, not try to pretend to be a teenager again.

At my age I should be beyond that right? If it didn't happen, it didn't happen. Move on 🤔

Even if the courses you take in college never lead to a job or what you think you are looking for now it will most definitely make you a more interesting person, with enough education to make your own choices, rather than following blindly. That's going to help a lot down the road and college is a good place to meet lifelong friends and/or business partners.
