I have wondered why this world is the way it is and why God would allow humans to rule the earth

Knowing we are savages. I have to remind myself too that I'm a worthless piece of shit and I have no right to question why god does things. But it would be nice to know why things are being done this way. I mean it's only natural right to question things like this and wonder why. Idk shit about shit.
