How to lost this stomach fat?

eat healthier
It is cute. Don't worry about it. Accept yourself as is. Most people have a little tummy no matter what they do. Just try to maintain your current weight is the most healthy idea.

Whoa now, it's time to get brutal but you can do it!

Weight training....barbells, dumb bells, the works. Get someone who knows what they're doing to show you how to do them correctly.

No carbs, no sugary foods.
Eat high quality protein (meat!), eggs, veggies, protein powder.

Find exercises that work the heart and that you enjoy, i.e., running, speed walking, swimming, etc.

And, most important....

Break into a routine slowly, build up the reps and the endurance. You train too hard at first your body will double up on you like a stretched rubber band snappin' you back in the face and you'll be in so much discomfort you'll give up.

With slow gains....it builds up and before ya know it you'll be toned and feeling great!

Good luck to ya!

If you drink soda of any kind (diet or regular), cut it from your diet. You'll be amazed at how much of a difference that makes. And don't get too hung up on body image. A woman with a little meat on her bones is sexier than the skin-covered skeletons the fashion and cosmetic industries portray as "the look."

I once heard a comedian say that making love to a skinny woman "was like wrestling with a pillowcase full of antlers." You're a healthy attractive young woman and there's nothing wrong with how you look. Any boyfriend worthy of your love and affection accepts you "as is", not for how you "should" be. Anyone who says otherwise is not deserving of you.

@otto78 I don't drink soda but I should probably drink more water. And thank you, my boyfriend loves my stomach. I'm just focused on bikini season.
Sit ups, stay away from junk food

Hiit training. Cut the sugar and alcohol out of your diet. You’ll be there in three months if you read up on it and train hard. Good luck
