Which part of your body do you wash first?

My hair. I always clean from the top down, whether it's my body or the house.

I am obsessive compulsive about bathing. I wash my hands before I take a shower. I wash my hair first, and I scrub for six seconds counting....one one thousand two one thousand three one thousand .........front of neck- sides of neck-back of neck- shoulders right then left...chest upper right center left.......mid right center left. belly right center left hips right left legs upper and thighs right left - knees calves -right left -ankles right left- then armpits 10 seconds each right left- then groin and perineum area 20 seconds. Then feet and back with scrub brush- back first- then feet 10 seconds..... It's really weird but I have been compelled to bathe this way since I was a kid. No influence other than the military, but my routine isn't military style either...

Top of the head to the bottom of the feet. Always in that order in my monthly washing.

It depends...If I'm in the shower I usually start with my chest and work my way downward, wash my hair last. If I'm just needing a quick clean up (a "spit-bath" as it's called around here), I target all of the main odor causing areas mostly.

Always start with the hands of course! Can't wash other parts of the body if these are dirty (also it's the recommended sequence for chemical decontamination).

Typically I wash my balls off first or armpits then from head down.
