First, depending on the "teen's" age, he might be an adult, too. I mean, he could be 18. If you mean a real kid, and by "grown" you mean the woman is into her 30s or 40s and NOT some hot-looking tramp, then I'd think it inappropriate if for no other reason than the kid would never live down the humiliation of not being able to get a date his own age and having to rely on the charity of some older woman.

@nedkelly No, just talking legal realities. I don't know about Australia, but there are states here and situations where an "adult" can marry someone under 18, so they would be "legal" when, if they weren't married, sex would would legally be a crime.
