why is it when you look out the window its sunny out and the weather is fine , you step outside and its a Winter Blizzard , uugghh ! i hate that shit

i can relate. like when i go to the nearby lake for power-walking … never fails … no matter direction is north/east/south/west … wind is always blasting my face … how can that be?
