I hate myself.

For making a finacial mistake and everyone telling me how stupid I am for making that mistake.
I feel like not doing anything no more. Maybe they should yell at me. I am
feeling
guilty.
You're not stupid for making a mistake. What you did was just the next thing, loaded with opportunities to make corrections to keep you from going in that direction again. The only thing you're guilty of, is being human. Don't hate yourself for that. Just notice how you came to do what you did, and the next time, choose to handle a situation like that in a different way. You're doing fine.

@PhoenixPhail Thank you. I need to find a way to get my spirit back up again.
@Dan193 You're welcome.

Look for thoughts and things that feel good to you, and milk those. Don't dwell on the negative. Do fun things. Listen to music you love. Sing. Dance. Be with people who lift you up, who don't criticize or judge you. Open yourself to those people and allow those people to open themselves to YOU. They'll want to when they feel how accepting you are. Get and give lots of hugs.

I don't think anyone is stupid for making a mistake. People should be more keen to see what knowledge you've gained from the mistake, rather than calling you stupid for something you can't change. What's done is done. If you learned something, some use came from it.

@GlassDog I wish more people were like you, because all of that just makes me feel even worse about it. Thanks.

Well thats life, shit happens. We grow and learn from our mistakes.

How about taking a break, do something you enjoy and start over. Think positive, be kind to yourself. You're human.
Dan193 · 31-35, M
@SW-User I wish I could switch that off.
SW-User
@Dan193 You will...give it time. We've all made mistakes we wish we wouldn't have.

Hopefully you didn't spend money on alcohol or blew it doing some bad work.

@Dan193 If you didn't make a loss then it is fine.
Dan193 · 31-35, M
@SW-User Well, it is kind if a loss, since I gave money and got nothing in return. Basically I overpaid 35% more.
SW-User
@Dan193 sounds bad. Hope you learn something from this.
