I'm feeling so much subconscious resistance it's making me sick

and this is exactly why I've been doing things by baby steps. No giant leaps. Like a rubber band if I stretch to far too fast I can snap back equally as well.

Might be good to take a break from the gym. Might be good to just sit and contemplate.
