I am sitting here thinking about how much my back hurts, wondering if I should soak in a hot tub, and listening to the news.

@SweetMae If I am very careful, they tell me, the bulging disc will heal eventually. But they forgot to mention that people still need to do laundry and clean their apartment! 🙁

@4meAndyou That is true! I have a nerve pinched in mine now. I was doing so good until just a few weeks ago.

@SweetMae I was told that part of the back (lower) is more at risk when your spine is very curvy.
