I wonder how people with kids my age manage their money

I met a guy at work a year younger than me and he's got 5 kids. I'm broke all the time so I can only imagine what it would be like if I had kids to take care of 🤔

I was complaining to a dood at work about $400 a month child support (aka exes drinking tab).
He turned around and told me he pays that per week.. per child 😳.
