I once rejected a guy and he said he would show up and kill himself on my doorstep

Manipulation tactic to get you to do what he wants, thinking you will want to stop/save him. Avoid those types like the plague, any kind that gets angry or tries to manipulate or guilt you into it in any way.

Those kinda guys are dangerous.. they could very well kill you before killing themselves
