I'm not making any new years resolution I never follow through on them anyways what about you guys?

It's another one that is similar to Feb 14th. Why decide something on one day of the year?
I lost weight during 2018 just felt right at the time, I never would have achieved it due to it being a NY resolution.

The only resolution I ever make has to start on a Monday, and it doesnt matter which Monday, but it has to be a Monday. Those are the laws to my diet and exercise routine.
