How to deal with racism?

Hers the background information

I'm black British -Jamaican heritage, straight, single 27

He's Italian from Sicily, gay, in a relationship, 23.

The group I formed was multi ethnicity, I was inclusive, I was helpful to them all. Offered support.

He laughed over me when I laughed.
Acted as if he couldn't understand a single word I was saying.
Suggested dressing up as me for Halloween.
Tried a few threatening tactics, invading my personal space.
Asked whether I could & how often I washed my hair.
Singled me out for my style, jewellery etc.
There's more but can't be asked to write it all

Tell him that he has fallen from grace as a man :/

People give from what they have and this man clearly only carries sadness, grief, insecurity, and a need to boost his self-esteem so that he does not feel so bad >_>

He has a cage upon him which he carries with him everywhere, so look at him and understand his situation and smile and dont let him get to you. He is not worh your time as a lovely woman :)
Go grab it by the horns
