why do i look both ways crossing a one way street

I was turning left the other day to go home and someone drove into the turn lane beside me and just kept driving down the left side of the road like a maniac. Nobody even honked.

So you are not run over by a runaway bull, who can't read street signs. 😜

In my city that´s a must !
