Is it ok if yoghurt is the only food you eat in a day?its filling but is it enough to be the only nutrients u get in a day?

Too full to eat again but can it be enough nutrients 4 the day? I hate having to eat to be healthy and some days I dont want to eat. Could I drop dead or am I good if I eat small snacks like a sausage once in a few days?
