Well my mom just said she wants to burn the house down...dad said he'd give her the matches if he got to stay in it

tis the season to be jolly...and no I'm not joking...they said that...I wish this was all a joke...the best part was he wanted to start with the Christmas tree

sorry to hear that, sounds like you need to become financially independent and get out of there as soon as possible, this type of atmosphere can't be healthy for you, become your own foundation.

@reflectingmonkey I'm currently in college...just finished half of my junior year...so I either become financially independent fast and give up on my degree...or stick it out another year and a half

@antisocialbutterfly ya, I see your point, don't drop out of school that's for sure but keep in mind that if your living conditions start weighing down on you there are other alternatives like renting a place with other students, getting a part-time job and taking fewer courses per semester. what are you studying?

Special education. And I already work part time...just don't make enough for rent
