Who said so? Sleeping early helps your body functioning well, your face looks younger, your weight loss and stability. I am still young, and from time to time, when am tired, I sleep at 7pm,it doesn't make me old.

That depends. If you had a nap in the afternoon too, that might make you old. Or it could mean you are unwell.
