@Straylight it's not that. I actually like my job. There's just other stuffs going on that my current position there screws up for me.

@AcidBurn Do you think that will change if you ride it out for a while?

@Straylight It could... but if it doesn't, I'm screwed.
I've set a deadline of the end of march. If I don't get my promotion by then I'm cutting my losses and moving on.
