It is a very dangerous virus that infects individual brains across vast networks of similar brains that still have the BC chipset.
Unfortunately new brains are still installed with the BC chipset due to their assembly and programming being controlled by previous generations of BC brains.
Newer chipsets are available but not yet installed or indeed activated on global networks. Particularly in the South of the US, Middle East and Europe.
