What do you do when you are upset for a stupid, illogical reason?

Like, when you KNOW you're upset over something childish and selfish, but still can't get yourself to stop being upset about it. When you KNOW your feelings are illogical.

I don’t know. That has never happened to me. I’m never angry for any illogical reason. 🙂
