Confession section of experience project wasn't there in experience project in it's last one or two years.

That was EP. Shortly after the 2013 "rollout" (their words) that was a disaster, that feature left.

This site never had that and I do not see it putting it in as a feature.

That was EP, and even there it was gone after the big make over.

That was something that could be done anonymously on EP. They shut it down when it got completely whacky.
