I think there are actually no behavioral differences its just that a behavior from a hot young dude will be perceived as interesting while the same behavior by a older man is perceived as creepy. I'm always surprised how tolerant woman are to degrading, disrespectful behavior from men if its from a guy they are actually attracted to but even a smile from an older man gets a "what a creep" reaction.
