Lots of people simply have bad days but that is no excuse for rudeness towards anyone. Let allow clients.
I Come across that every now and then. Sometimes it is best simply to let it go. Sometimes I write to the Business and tell them of the incident and also let them know I will not tolerate rudeness from the service industry.
Last time I done that they said they have spoken to the employee involved, apologised and sent me a meal voucher.
