@Overwatch6 it wasnt so much "guts". It was the hard reality that I was in this perfect moment and handed the perfect moment to speak. It was do now or regret forever. As you said "leadership" making the hard call.

@Overwatch6 she doesnt dance anymore. She owns the 2 bars with a partner she manages this one and he on the east coast. She will also tend bar fairly often as she lokes to look after staff and patrons personally. She grew into a proper business woman.
