Have you ever quit a job because of your boss?
I have learned that the best way to deal with a bad boss is to accept that bad situation, WITHOUT trying to change it.

I have a couple of bad bosses. I learned that you can't do anything about it because they are the boss and if you try then it's a career ending move at that company, even if you're right. So the only alternative is to find a new job. However I would never accept their bad behaviour as it sends a message to both them and the company that their bulling or abusive behaviour is acceptable.
