Asian foods, especially Maki rolls, which are Japanese in origin but Americanized. I have had some wonderful maki rolls. In Lansing, Michigan they serve a maki roll with an enormous long shrimp tempura inside. I love that one. In Plymouth, Massachusetts at New Tokyo they serve a maki roll with cooked lobster on top. Fabulous!
