As typical canadians, yes I have a basement. It has a rec room, 2 bedrooms, a washroom, and another tv. It's a fully furnished and finished floor.

@RoxClymer it's a basement yes. Canadian basements are typically more living spaces. For Americans, I think basements are crawl spaces or storage spaces. Not in Canada.
