@Rhodesianman luckily I only have one college educated employee and that's my manager and he picked his salary and a few employees make more than him

There are far more jobs open now that require only HS than specifically require a Masters. Employment companies are advising not to get a Masters.

@royalblue1193 That's not true. People from specialized high schools are the most wanted here nowadays. Qualified craftsmen skilled in manual work.
