For the way my mind works, yes

@IntrovertedEmpath you’re blessed then

Serenitree · F
Not for me. Life and memory doesn't work like that. In some cases, I wish it would. How lovely to forget the bad things in our pasts, by simply walking away.
JustNik · 51-55, F
Not so often for me, but I’ve known a great many for whom that was typical.

Some time yes (it's just forgotten about), but not always.

Whether you love or hate them, those creatures have a way with lingering. Nope.🙄
Not really. Not all the time. Not in my case.

Deleting an app on my phone doesn’t mean I don’t have moments when I’d really like to use it.

Not seeing a person (by choice or circumstance) doesn’t mean I stopped wondering how he/she is

Nah! It plays with your mind more. Becomes more of a want, when you keep it out of sight. Like a piece of candy.
For some people apparently it is.

Time is the pivotal factor
VeronicaPrincess · 61-69

RubySoo · 56-60, F
