My boss\ friend is pregnant and having an abortion

I don't totally agree with her decision since I'm strongly against abortions. I do realize it's her body and her choice, but how do I stop myself from looking at her differently? She already feels like I'm secretly judging her.

"She already feels like I'm secretly judging her".....you are judging her!that being said, you can't help the way you feel about it, her being your boss makes things a bit more difficult to discuss. My thought and beliefs are just that, mine...not everyone has the same views, understanding will go a long way...doesn't mean you have to agree. I'm sure the decision wasn't one easily made and your friend might need your support.
